Production Service Engineer

1. Perform system installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer training.
2. Serve as the first point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with internal support teams to execute customer support plans.
4. Conduct device testing and debug technical issues.
5. Analyze data remotely or on-site to resolve complex problems and implement proactive solutions.
6. Manage service contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
7. Identify business opportunities or risks during daily customer interactions.
8. Primary service coverage: Hsinchu and Taichung.
