Production Service Engineer (DLP)

1. Serve as the first point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
2. Serve as a technical expert for tester cell support to internal teams and customers.
3. Analyze data to diagnose and resolve complex issues, both remotely and on-site.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective problem resolution.
5. Manage service contracts and ensure fulfillment of all commitments.
6. Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
7. Primary service coverage: Hsinchu and Taichung.
