Production Service Engineer (Kaohsiung)

1. Serve as the first point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Perform system installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer training to ensure smooth operations.
3. Resolve complex technical and production issues through data analysis, action plan development, and remote or on-site repair.
4. Implement service contracts and ensure customer fulfillment in accordance with contract terms and conditions.
5. Identify business opportunities and risks through daily operations and customer interactions.
6. Primary service coverage: Kaohsiung and Tainan.
