PRODUCTION SHIFT COORDINATOR AF
Summary
Oversee daily animal-feed production, guide staff, and ensure safety/quality standards in batching, mixing, pelleting, and packing processes.
1. Supervise daily feed manufacturing operations and staff activities according to work plans.
2. Monitor batching, mixing, pelleting, packing, and sanitation processes.
3. Ensure adherence to feed safety, quality, and safety standards.
4. Guide operators and address routine operational issues.
5. Report deviations, quality concerns, or equipment problems.
6. Maintain daily operational records.
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
1. Mengawasi operasional harian produksi pakan dan aktivitas staf sesuai dengan rencana kerja.
2. Memantau proses penimbangan bahan, pencampuran, pembuatan pelet, pengemasan, dan sanitasi.
3. Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar keamanan pakan, kualitas, dan keselamatan kerja.
4. Membimbing operator serta menangani permasalahan operasional rutin.
5. Melaporkan setiap penyimpangan, masalah kualitas, atau kerusakan/permasalahan peralatan.
6. Memelihara dan memperbarui catatan operasional harian.
Kualifikasi:
Minimal D3 Teknik Mesin atau Industri
