Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Set and manage clear team goals
Delegate tasks and setting deadlines for the internal team
Responsible for leading the team to achieve individual, team and company KPIs
Daily, weekly, monthly and annual monitoring of team performance
Daily and weekly reporting of the team productivity
Production management and allocation of resources on projects
Should be able to action identified areas for improvement
Regularly review team members' performance
Regularly coach and mentor team members
Listen to team member's feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Support the Production Manager and perform management duties when the Production Manager is absent or out of office
Assist with hiring processes and new team member training
Regularly communicates with internal stakeholders to ensure completion of projects
Implement company policies and execute disciplinary actions

Other tasks:

Review and analyse KPI reports measuring productivity, utilization, quality and on-time delivery
Ensure workflows and processes are implement and followed
Participate in the CAR investigation
Participate in client planning sessions and provide project management solutions if needed
Grasps every opportunity to develop the business by team working and innovation
Create positive work environment within the team
Complete any ad hoc tasks assigned by the site management
