Job Summary
Operate DISCO machines to process customer work pieces accurately, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications while maintaining efficient workflow and suggesting improvements.
Responsibilities
- Operate DISCO machines to process customer work pieces according to customer requirements
- Confirm machine configuration before starting production runs
- Conduct incoming and outgoing quality checks on customer work pieces
- Collect and record measurement data to verify work pieces meet customer specifications
- Pack customer work pieces following specified procedures
- Follow established operating procedures and workflow to ensure consistent quality
- Identify and suggest workflow improvements and cost reduction ideas
- Work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively with team members
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma holder
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with DISCO machines (training will be provided)
- Detail-oriented and meticulous in performing tasks
- Proactive with a positive mindset
