Production Specialist

Summary

Coordinate product samples, packaging, and office logistics for a retail corporate team, using PLM tools and Microsoft/Google suites.

About the Role

As a Production Specialist, you will assist in executing the product life cycle through accurate data entry, timely follow-up and office support.

What You’ll Do

  • Own sending, processing and receiving packages

  • Physically manage and organize all samples

  • Maintain team workspace and sample room

  • Assist with meeting set up and take down

  • Key stakeholder in on-time sample turn-ins for photo studio needs

  • Help prepare submits for review and files post meetings if needed

  • Support purchase order management

  • Execute style setup and maintenance

  • Maintain office processes

  • Prioritize business-critical needs

  • Elevate issues that potentially impact business results

  • Understand who the decision maker is and partner accordingly

  • Maintain timely and accurate communication

  • Attend cross-functional team meetings as appropriate

  • Additional tasks may be assigned

Addendum (Home & NYDO only)

  • Execute packaging requests and Workamajig inputs

  • Oversee packaging release and approvals

  • Ensure packaging compliance against OPA and sustainability playbook

  • Set vendor expectations and vendor communication


What Skills You Have

Required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive Office Suite

  • Expert in product lifecycle management tools (OnePLM, OPA, ragnarok) processes, reporting and sample requests

  • May include local travel

  • Ability to lift 25 lbs

Preferred

  • Previous retail experience

  • Previous administrative experience

This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
