Production Supervisior

#### Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee operations in our mineral processing plant, specifically within the clay processing unit. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in mineral processing, demonstrating a strong understanding of production workflows and quality control.

#### Key Responsibilities:

- **Supervision of Operations:**

- Oversee daily operations in the clay processing unit to ensure efficient production.

- Monitor and manage production schedules to meet targets.

- **Team Leadership:**

- Lead and train a team of operators and technicians.

- Foster a safe and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.

- **Quality Control:**

- Implement quality control measures to ensure product specifications are met.

- Conduct regular inspections and tests on processed clay.

- **Process Improvement:**

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

- Analyze production data and prepare reports for management review.

- **Safety Compliance:**

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

- Conduct safety training sessions and promote a culture of safety among staff.

- **Equipment Maintenance:**

- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure proper functioning of equipment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly.

#### Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mineral Processing, or a related field preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision within a mineral processing plant, specifically in clay processing.

- Strong knowledge of mineral processing techniques and equipment.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.

#### Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

- Experience with quality management systems.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
