Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift (1:30 PM–10:00 PM)

The Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift leads a power electronics assembly operation, overseeing production leads and assemblers. This role is accountable for safety, schedule attainment, workmanship and test quality, and adherence to standard work in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The supervisor partners closely with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Test, Maintenance, and Materials to maintain production flow, resolve issues, and deliver SQDCP results.
