3rd Shift Production Supervisor

What you will do:

• Coach, develop, and guide production employees in daily tasks and functions

• Oversee safety, quality, cleanliness, and efficiency in the production area

• Assist in addressing personnel issues and fostering positive employee relations

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and cross-functional alignment

What you should have:

• High School diploma or GED

• 3+ years supervisory/leadership experience

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, bend, kneel, climb, stretch/reach and walk on a consistent basis

• Must be able to work full time and additional hours as needed: Schedule is 7:30pm to 6:00am
