We have a fantastic opportunity for a Production Supervisor to join our growing Production team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced food production professional looking to take the next step in their leadership career. As Production Supervisor, you will lead our Dry Prep operation, ensuring products are prepared, weighed, blended, and packed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, while supporting and developing a team of Production Operatives.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Dry Prep department, ensuring production targets are achieved whilst maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and health and safety. Working closely with Warehouse and Production teams, you will play a key role in delivering operational excellence and driving continuous improvement.
Salary: £30,139 per annum
Hours: 7am to 4pm, 5 out of 7 days a week

- Leading the Dry Prep team to achieve daily production targets.
- Coordinating workloads and resources to ensure efficient operations.
- Overseeing the preparation, weighing, blending, and packing of products to specification.
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, quality, and GMP compliance.
- Training, coaching, and supporting Production Operatives.
- Monitoring performance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within a food manufacturing or food production environment.
- Experience leading or supervising teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
- A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Good computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
