Lead the Team That Makes Advanced Manufacturing Happen
Great manufacturing starts with great leadership. Behind every successful production run is a team that knows what’s expected, has the tools and support to succeed, and takes pride in producing quality work. Elmet Technologies is looking for a 1st Shift Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Lewiston, Maine.
In this role, you’ll lead production employees, coordinate daily manufacturing activities, maintain quality and safety standards, and help ensure production goals are met. You’ll work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to keep production moving, solve problems, and identify opportunities to improve performance.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who understands manufacturing, enjoys developing people, and knows how to balance production demands with safety, quality, and employee engagement. If you’re the kind of leader who would rather be on the manufacturing floor helping your team succeed than managing entirely from behind a desk, we’d like to hear from you.
