Production Supervisor

Key responsibilities:

1. Production Management

   • Lead and oversee daily production operations to meet production targets and delivery schedules.

2. Cost Control & Efficiency

   • Implement and monitor cost control measures to optimize productivity and minimize waste.

3. Quality Assurance

   • Ensure product quality meets company standards through on-site quality control checks.

4. Safety Leadership

   • Drive workplace safety initiatives to achieve zero-accident targets and maintain a safe working environment.

5. Team Development

   • Train, guide, and supervise local production team members to enhance skills and performance.

6. Continuous Improvement

   • Collaborate with management to improve processes, optimize operations, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
     

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above

• More than one year of production management experience

• Understanding of lean production, 5S and safe and civilized production knowledge

• ISO 9001 basic knowledge

• ISO 14001 basic knowledge

• IATF 16949/ VDA quality management system basic knowledge

• Good command of Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin and English. We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.

• Able to accept training in China if needed after joining
