We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations on the production floor. In this role, you will oversee daily production activities, ensure safety standards are maintained, and drive process improvements to optimize efficiency. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the floor, ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining high quality standards.
• Lead and manage production teams, providing clear direction, motivation, and support to meet operational targets.
• Enforce safety standards and protocols across the manufacturing facility, promoting a culture of safety awareness and compliance.
• Interpret manufacturing documents, technical drawings, and process instructions to ensure accurate assembly and mechanical work.
• Utilize measuring instruments and hand tools for precise assembly, mechanical adjustments, and quality checks.
• Implement process improvements using lean manufacturing principles to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Oversee heavy lifting tasks and manual handling procedures, ensuring safe practices are followed at all times.
• Manage inventory levels within the warehouse area, coordinating with logistics for timely material supply and product dispatches.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and tools such as forklifts and power tools to ensure proper operation and safety compliance.
• Maintain detailed production records, reports, and documentation related to workflow, incidents, and quality control measures.
