Production Supervisor

Do you have experience as a Production Supervisor working in a food manufacturing facility or food processing environment? Top Tier Ingredients located in Hancock, WI is hiring for a Production Supervisor to manage a hardworking team producing high-quality potato flakes and potato flour.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and directing employees to execute core operating processes, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Supply Chain Management, Safe Quality Food (SQF), and Lean Manufacturing processes established by the company, to ensure quality and safe ingredients are produced and that efficiencies and cost structures are optimized for profitability. Schedule & Compensation

• Duration: Fulltime Permanent
• Hours: 5pm to 5am (12-hour night shifts) Team C
• Workdays: 2-2-3 Rotation. 35-50 hours per week over 3-4 days per week. Every other weekend you will have a three-day weekend with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off.
• Wage: Salaried, Based on experience
