The Job:
Supervise daily production operations for flux, paste, and powder manufacturing to ensure compliance with approved formulations, specifications, and quality standards
Plan, assign, and manage manpower using structured allocation methods and visual planning tools; authorize overtime as required to meet production targets
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, R&D, EHS, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to support daily operations and long-term initiatives
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, batch records, material traceability, contamination controls, and standardized 5S practices
- Oversee proper handling, mixing, weighing, packaging, and storage of chemical and powdered raw materials in accordance with safety and quality requirements
- Drive training, certification, and cross-training of production personnel on processes, equipment, and safety practices
