Production Supervisor (Night Shift) | Up to $3500 | 5 Days | Bukit Timah | #5252

1. Location – Rifle Range Army Camp (nearest MRT: King Albert Park)

2. Duration– 1 year (renewable/ convertible)

3. Working Days & Time – Monday to Friday (7pm to 7am)

4. Salary – Up to $3500 + Completion Bonus
   

Job Descriptions:

• Lead and supervise production operations to achieve production, quality, safety, and productivity targets

• Plan and allocate manpower, resources, and daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery

• Monitor production performance, machine utilization, work-in-progress (WIP), and implement corrective actions to improve operational efficiency

• Ensure production activities comply with engineering drawings, work instructions, quality standards, ISO requirements, and company procedures

• Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Planning teams to resolve production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives

• Supervise contractors and promote compliance with workplace safety, HSE, security, and company policies

• Investigate production, quality, and safety incidents, implement corrective actions, and support internal and external audits

• Oversee the control and accountability of ammunition and regulated items in accordance with company procedures and statutory requirements

• Prepare shift reports, ensure proper shift handovers, and perform other duties assigned by the Production Manager
  

Job Requirements:

• Nitec/Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management, or a related discipline

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience, with supervisory experience preferred

• Experience in production planning, manpower allocation, and shopfloor operations

• Good knowledge of ISO standards, quality systems, and workplace safety regulations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and production reporting

• Willing to work predominantly on night shift and support day shift operations when required
