About the role
Do you have experience as a production supervisor? We are looking to add a Production Supervisor to our team with experience in industrial machinery key to our production process.
What you'll do
Operation and adjustment of specialized machinery:
Configuration, handling, and preventive/operational maintenance of vertical packaging machinery.
Control and supervision of industrial roasters for nuts and snacks.
Production coordination:
Planning and monitoring of the daily production plan on the snack, beverage, pickle, and nut lines.
Control of times, shrinkage, and supplies (raw materials and packaging material).
Team supervision:
Assignment of tasks to line personnel and support in the daily workflow.
Quality and Food Safety:
Guaranteeing strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and food safety standards.
Resolving issues
What we're looking for
Experience as a first-class skilled tradesperson or Production Supervisor in the agri-food sector (essential).
Valid food handler certificate.
Proven experience in the handling and adjustment of vertical packaging machines (bagging machines, multihead weighers, etc.).
Nice to have
Technical knowledge: Vocational Training (FP) at Middle or Higher Grade in Mechanical Maintenance, Electromechanics, Food Industries, or similar is valued.
Experience in the handling and control of industrial roasters (desirable for nuts/snacks).
What you'll get
Salary: 20000 gross euros
How you'll work
Stable schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 h (with a lunch break)
