What you´ll do Production Supervisor will lead the team of unionized hourly plant production employees Support and train hourly production employees and serve as a mentor and coach to ensure the successful development of their own staff Ensures labor and production lines are being scheduled efficiently, accommodating sudden change or needs based on Customer demands Maintains focus on productivity, cost control, efficiencies and production improvements Monitor and generate reports on production related performance Encourage process improvements in all operational functions
