PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Description
Key Responsibilities
Supervise production employees, monitor productivity, and manage daily workflow.
Train, coach, and support employees to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands.
Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote teamwork.
Monitor employee attendance, scheduling, and payroll records.
Utilize laundry management systems to track production and inventory.
Communicate effectively with employees, management, and other departments.
Report equipment issues and safety concerns to management.
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).
Ability to communicate effectively with employees in both languages.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Basic computer skills and experience with scheduling or payroll systems preferred.
