Production Supervisor - Weekend Shift

Kato Cable is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our production team in delivering high-quality wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and electronic manufacturing solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising daily production activities, coaching employees, ensuring quality standards are met, and driving continuous improvement throughout the operation.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and support production employees on a day-to-day basis
• Coordinate daily work assignments to ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality goals are achieved
• Train and develop team members on proper procedures and work instructions
• Promote a safe, positive, and compliant work environment
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, ISO requirements, and customer specifications
• Monitor production performance and address in-process issues as they arise
• Maintain housekeeping, organization, and workplace standards
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a wire assembly or cable assembly manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of UL and IPC standards
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a focus on quality, teamwork, and employee development
