Production Support Analyst
Summary
Production support analyst (7-12 yrs) supporting a US mortgage product: triaging reported issues, running escalation protocols, writing complex queries and CRM reports, and collaborating with US/India teams. Core stack includes AWS or Azure, SQL queries, Java/C#/.NET code reading, and XML/XPath/API work.
Role & responsibilities
Good communication in English (Written and Verbal).
Good Understanding of Mortgage Domain. Experience is preferable.
Having experience in any cloud technologies either AWS or Azure.
Good in preparing and writing complex queries.
Has experience in any CRM as this is needed to prepare reports as and when required for his direct reports.
Understanding code either in java or in C#. or in .Net
Have good understanding of XML, XPath and API calls.
- Work with the US/India team to learn and support the product.
- Learn and understand the products.
- Understand Client requirements.
- Require to triage the issues reported for a quick turnaround time.
- Execute escalation protocols whenever needed.
- Should be an individual contributor and a team player.
- Should be able to adapt to the requirement of doing things apart from supporting.
