Production Support Analyst (Unix/Linux, SQL, Control-M, ITRS Geneos, Capital Markets)

Job Title: Production Support Analyst (Unix/Linux, SQL, Control-M, ITRS Geneos, Capital Markets)

• Strong hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments

• Experience with ITRS Geneos Monitoring (or equivalent enterprise monitoring tools)

• Hands-on experience with Control-M job scheduling and batch monitoring

• Strong knowledge of SQL, including querying, troubleshooting, and data analysis

• Experience in incident management, problem management, and production support activities

• Experience in Capital Markets domain

• Prior exposure to supporting applications used by Trading Desks, Front Office, Middle Office, or Quantitative teams

• Understanding of trade lifecycle, market data, and financial products is highly preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with business users, traders, quants, and technical teams

• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered productivity solutions

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

• Exposure to Kubernetes and containerized environments

• Experience with Grafana monitoring and observability tools

• Working knowledge of Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Shell Script or Python
