Production Support assistant

Responsibilities:

•  Help with daily production work
•  Prepare and move materials for production
•  Support machine operators and production staff
•  Keep the work area clean and organized
•  Follow safety rules and company procedures
•  Load and unload materials when needed
•  Help with basic cleaning of tools and equipment
•  Perform other support tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

•  No formal education required
•  Previous factory or production experience is a plus, but not required
•  Able to follow instructions
•  Willing to work as part of a team
•  Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
•  Able to lift and move materials if needed
•  Punctual, hardworking, and reliable
•  Willing to work overtime when required
