Production Support Associate

You will support production continuity through materials kitting, inventory control, additive manufacturing operations, post-processing, quality inspections, and preventative equipment maintenance. You will organize assembly kits, track consumables, follow standard operating procedures, and maintain production readiness throughout the one-year contract.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of a 3D printer fleet
• Extract parts, restore build plates, and reset hardware
• Clean and finish robotic components for integration
• Perform incoming and post-production quality inspections
• Organize assembly kits and provide required sub-assemblies
• Conduct preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Monitor critical-part and consumable inventory

Requirements

• Ability to master new technologies, software interfaces, and production workflows
• Ability to identify minor defects and follow complex standard operating procedures
• Ability to use basic hand tools for maintenance and post-processing
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift and move production components
• Inventory tracking, kitting, and multitasking skills
