Salary: $3,000 – $3,700 per month
Brief Summary:
Join a dynamic team as a Production Support Engineer, where you will be pivotal in enhancing manufacturing operations through process optimization and technical support. Contribute to continuous improvement and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Support daily manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, and efficiency goals.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Coordinate preventive maintenance and manage critical spare parts for equipment.
Maintain necessary production documentation, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing.
Plan and coordinate production line configurations and conduct process re-validation as required.
Assist with new product introductions and engineering change processes.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
A Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; or NITEC/Higher NITEC with a minimum of 3 years relevant engineering experience.
Relevant experience in manufacturing systems, equipment maintenance, basic troubleshooting, or process improvement is an advantage.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
