Production Support Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Production Support Engineer to join our team in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our OTT (Over-The-Top) streaming services. This position involves monitoring and supporting production environments, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various teams to enhance service reliability and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor production systems and services to ensure optimal performance and availability. - Provide operational support for streaming services, including VOD (Video on Demand) platforms. - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to CDN (Content Delivery Network) services, specifically with technologies such as Akamai and CloudFront. - Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement improvements and enhancements to existing systems. - Document incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures to maintain knowledge sharing within the team. - Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support as needed. Required Skills: - Strong understanding of production support processes and operations. - Experience with monitoring tools and techniques. - Familiarity with CDN technologies, particularly Akamai and CloudFront. - Knowledge of OTT and streaming services, including VOD. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
