Local ( distrito, região): Lisboa Função: Production Support EngineerNível: SR Data de início: ImediatoDuração da contratação: 1 anoInglês B2Strong understand of core banking operations, trouble shooting skills, and experience with L1/L2 support in a banking environment with expertise on Linux, PL-SQL, Dynatrace, K8, Docker and Ansible. Main Tasks:Build and maintain Ansible playbooks and terraform scripts to automate provisioning, configuration and deployments Work on containerization of applications Assist & train other ops profiles on Ansible, Terraform and K8s Provisioning, Configuration, Deployment, DR Technical skills:Strong knowledge of Linux platform and CLI Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python and/or Bash preferred) Good understanding of Continuous integration (Jenkins, Travis, Concourse, etc.) Strong knowledge of Infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform.) Good Public cloud environments experience with IBM Cloud or AWS or Azure Soft Skills:Strong critical thinker with problem solving approach. Good written and oral communication skills High level of persistence, can-do attitude & pro-activeness Qualification & Experience: Master’s Degree in computer science or computer engineering5+ years of experience in IT Operations or Software EngineeringAt least 2+ years of hands-on experience with a Cloud provider (IBM/AWS/Azure/Google)At least 2+ years of hands-on experience Ansible/Docker
