Production Support Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily production manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, and efficiency targets.
- Troubleshoot equipment/machine & process issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance of equipment/machines and manage critical spare parts.
- Maintain production documentation (SOP, Checklist, QC flowchart etc) and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with Production and Quality departments to support continuous improvement initiatives to manufacturing operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve OEE, yield, and productivity.
- Plan and coordinate production line re-configurations (streamlining) when needed and conduct process re-validation and report preparation.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) and engineering changes.
Requirements:
- Singaporeans or Permanent Residents only
- A Diploma or Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Robotics/ Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Or NITEC / Higher NITEC with minimum 3 years relevant engineering experience.
- Fresh Graduates with Degree are welcomed.
- Knowledge in manufacturing system, equipment maintenance, basic troubleshooting, or process improvement is advantageous.
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Ability to plan and organize work and priorities.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
