Production Support Engineer / System Support Specialist ( Banking & Finance )

Our client is looking for 5 Batch Operators for on-site operations using Control-M and TWS, keeping batch jobs on track and fixing issues fast.

Responsibilities:

• Review schedules and job setups before go-live.

• Create and maintain job schedules in Control-M and TWS.

• Monitor production batch jobs 24/7 and escalate issues.

• Investigate failures using logs and follow recovery steps.

• Provide extra support for new application launches.

• Log incidents and follow escalation procedures.

• Keep documentation updated (runbooks, guides, etc.).

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's in IT, CS, Engineering, or related.

• 1 year or more experience in IT operations or production support.

• Experience in Control-M or IBM TWS preferred

• Knowledge of job scheduling, SLAs, and batch recovery.

• Experience with Linux and Windows Server.

• Able to read logs and know incident/change management.

• Shell/PowerShell scripting or Oracle/MSSQL/PostgreSQL is a plus.

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

• Comfortable with 24/7 shifts (including holidays and extreme weather)
