Summary
The Production Support Threaded Tubular Specialist works as a part of a cell team focused on delivering high-quality products, improving production flow, and ensuring product availability. The successful candidate will focus on a specific product group, while developing knowledge and skills as part of a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team members to manage the flow of work through the cell, continuously improve, and drive down lead times
- Safely execute manufacturing operations within the cell (saw, heat treat, lathe, blast/wash, press, weld, mill, material handling, and inspection)
- Set-up, operate, and maintain equipment in the cell
- Read and interpret prints, work instructions, and programs
- Review and release work orders as needed
- Manage inventory through cycle counts and communicate replenishment needs
- Train and receive training from teammates on cell processes
Requirements
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds and remain on your feet throughout the workday
Helpful but not required
- Familiarity with CNC equipment, robots, machining, and/or welding
