Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily engineering support to machining and assembly production areas.
- Assist in resolving production issues that impact safety, quality, delivery, or productivity.
- Monitor production performance and support corrective actions to address process inefficiencies.
- Support production teams in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Participate in troubleshooting equipment, tooling, fixture, and assembly process issues.
- Respond to production disruptions and help implement containment and permanent corrective actions.
Project and Engineering Support
- Assist with equipment installation, product transfers, process changes, and process validation activities.
- Support implementation of engineering changes and new product introductions.
- Participate in PFMEA, process reviews, and risk assessments.
- Collect, analyze, and report production and quality data.
