As a result of organic growth and expansion, they are actively seeking a talented Production Team Member to join their growing team on a permanent full-time basis.


The Position…

A great opportunity has become available to join the manufacturing production team based in their Carole Park facility. You will receive training and ongoing support to enable you to effectively operate their high speed production, manufacturing and process equipment.

Your duties will include:

  • Product assembly
  • Operating and cleaning of equipment and plant
  • Monitoring production activity, resolving/escalating issues which may impact production targets.
  • Manage packaging and preservation wrapping
  • Wood cutting
  • Use of basic hand and power tools as required such as drills, reciprocating saws, tape measure, pallet machine, impact drivers, nail guns, and hack saws
  • Using systems to accurately report on production data and quality checks
  • Working safely at all times to protect your own health and safety, and the health and safety of everyone with whom you work, and any other person who is at the worksite positions in the manufacturing department rotate every few weeks, for variety and development of staff capabilities.


The Ideal Candidate…

You will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in timber assembly is highly desirable
  • Forklift license (Preferable)
  • Positive work attitude
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Dependable and punctual
  • A disciplined attitude to work safely in the work environment and around the plant
  • Australian working rights
  • Demonstrated ability to promote teamwork principles, integrity and honesty
  • Excellent problem solving skills and eagerness to learn different equipment
