Team Members in the various production departments (Fabrication, Hydraulics, Assembly) are primarily responsible to produce quality parts in a timely manner assuring that customer expectations are met. Members may be asked to operate machines such as presses, shears, saws, slitters, pushers, skivers, crimpers, scribers, etc. and may also be involved in weighing, bagging, and packaging. Members m ay also be asked to use test equipment such as calipers, test pressure equipment, thread gauges, fluke meter, ect. Team members will be directed by department Team Leaders, Plant Manager, and or Production Scheduler for their daily assignments and may be asked to work in another department as work load dictates.
