Production Team Member

Hourly Rate: $20/hr (Non-Exempt)

Position Summary:

Performs hands-on production tasks in the CBD and Kratom manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Assists in various stages of production and supports packaging operations as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Production Tasks:
• • Perform blending, pulverization, tableting, encapsulation, and soft gel manufacturing per SOPs.
  • Operate and maintain production equipment safely.
• Quality & Compliance:
• • Follow GMP, safety protocols, and company procedures.
  • Monitor product quality and report any issues to supervisors.
• Packaging Support:
• • Assist in packaging operations when required.
• Workplace Organization:
• • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in manufacturing or production preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
