Production Team Member

• Ensure all Safety procedures are followed, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Take necessary steps to accurately follow assembly processes
• Install small parts into assembled products
• Utilize assisting equipment when required to move larger parts
• Following training and certification, utilize required assembly tools, such as drills, to both assemble and troubleshoot assembly issues
• Identify potential errors in a process to ensure a high level of product quality, asking questions if and when there is any doubt on a process or procedure
• Take steps to ensure a neat production area
• Utilize mobility tools as required to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in training new employees as required
• Perform various other duties as directed by the Production Lead &/or Supervisor.
