Your Role• Learn and master the cheesemaking process (milk receiving, pasteurizer and vat operation, cheddaring, hooping, pressing, packaging, and shipping)• Maintain detailed and accurate production records• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety standards• Perform regular cleaning and sanitization of production equipment• Work closely with a supportive, collaborative team
Who Should Apply?• No prior cheesemaking experience required. We value curiosity and a strong desire to learn• Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 65 lbs• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented• Weekend availability required; every employee works at least one weekend day per week• Spanish/English bilingual skills a plus
