Objective:

The responsibility of this position is primarily focused on lighting management and technical oversight at all Compass Church campuses.

Essential Job Functions:

• Program lighting for students and weekend services across all Compass campuses.
• Lead lighting design and installs across all campuses
• Maintain lighting systems and inventory
• Assist in training new volunteers
• A/V technical support across all Campuses
• Run A/V systems for outside events
• On call during services and events
• Complete other tasks or duties assigned by the Campus Production Manager

Work Schedule:

• Full-time
• Flexible schedule requiring nights and weekends
