Production Technician 1

What You’ll Do

• Assemble and pouch port pads, tubing, connectors, and other products

• Label and package products accurately

• Inspect products for quality and compliance with standards

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations

• Follow all gowning, PPE, and hygiene requirements

• Report equipment or safety issues immediately

• Meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality standards

• Assist with housekeeping and process improvements as needed

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., use ladders, and work in variable manufacturing conditions

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Team-oriented mindset

Preferred:

• Prior manufacturing or production experience

• Familiarity with cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environments
