Production Technician
Summary
Manufactures pyrotechnic materials by mixing, blending, and processing components, then packaging and inspecting finished products in a factory setting.
Job Description:
- Mix, blend, knead and sift materials
- Load, assembly, mark, label, pack and palletise of company products and boxes
- Operate machine with company components
- Dose and weigh on powder
- Process and store of company products
- Clean and conduct maintenance for all machines, tools, fixtures and etc.
- Use inspection gauges for inspection of in process and final products
- Handle, shift parts or equipment involving the use of lifting equipment (Jib Cranes. Overhead Cranes, Lifting Tables, Stackers, Pallet Jacks, Trolley and etc.).
- Conduct testing and disposal of company products.
- Other general/ administrative tasks assigned by the Supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Nitec/ Higher Nitec in Precision Machining/ Mechanical Technology or equivalent is preferred.
- Good communication skills and working attitude.
- Able to work as a team.
- Able to work efficiently and independently.
- Able to read and understand work instructions, material safety data sheets, drawing and etc.
- Able to comply with company policies, security regulations and EHS regulations
