Job Summary:
The Production Technician is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment to ensure seamless manufacturing processes. They play a crucial role in ensuring product quality, efficiency, and adherence to Good Manufacturing (GMP) standards and workplace health and safety regulations.
Job Description
- Maintain good manufacturing practice, manufacturing safety and housekeeping programs.
- To repair and maintain industrial automation equipment, trouble-shoot electrical & mechanical problems
- To feedback on any abnormalities that affect the production line.
- Perform periodic failure analysis that affects the production yield.
- Provide full support to meet production output.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the VP Manufacturing.
Job Requirements
- NITEC or recognized technical or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in manufacturing plant.
- Matured, positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, teamwork and stake holder management.
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
