Description
- Perform cold spray and plasma spray coating using manual and automated systems
- Perform all pre and post coating activities
- Understand and follow AS9100 quality standards and quality control systems.
- Monitor and maintain quality performance.
- Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
- Collaborate with operations manager to develop and implement controls and improvements.
- Comply with safety regulations.
- Assist in the investigation and troubleshooting of product or production issues.
- Implement corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
- Assist in producing production reports.
- Source and purchase of production items.
- Coordinate with vendor/WOA on pick-up and delivery of items to ECK, including consumables such as powder and carrier gas.
- Support administrative work relating to production.
