Production Technician (Fresh grads are welcome!)
Summary
Production Technician operates and maintains machinery in a weapons and transportation engineering facility, performing setup, inspection, and assembly tasks while ensuring safety and documentation compliance.
ALG is currently hiring Production Technician to work for our client who is a renowned international company specializing in Weapons and Transportation Engineering. This role will be on a one-year contract with an extension or a permanent role, should you excel.
Job Responsibilities:
Setting up of machines.
Maintain the setting of machines.
Run production to produce required output.
Carry out effectively in – process inspection.
Carry out adjustment of tooling.
Change of worn out tooling.
Operate machinery and perform assembly work.
Label, packing, and palletizing.
Comply with safety procedures.
Daily housekeeping.
Regular lubrication of machines.
Training of operators & new staff.
Carry out recording, inspections, and documentation.
Job Requirements:
Willing to work on weekends (Saturday &/or Sunday if required).
Open to multiple shift timings (if required).
Comfortable working in a hot environment.
Able to work flexibly and rotate both plants when required to support operational needs.
