Production Technician

Production Technicians will perform various jobs during the course of the day depending upon production and process requirements to extrude and process aluminum rod and bar to customer's specifications.

On-the-job training is provided to operate the various types of equipment and machinery.

• Pay increases are earned through a pay-for-skill system.
• Top-out pay of $28.48/hr can be reached in a minimum of 16 months.

A production technician works 12-hours shifts and rotates every 4 weeks between days and nights.

• The 12-hour shift is scheduled to provide three shifts in one week and four shifts in the next so an employee has seven days off in a 14-day period.
