Job Responsibilities

• Set up and troubleshoot injection moulding machines and processes
• Perform mould changes and support production activities
• Monitor process parameters and ensure compliance with approved standards
• Support production targets for quality, output, and efficiency
• Manage material usage and minimise production scrap
• Maintain GMP, safety, and quality standards
• Participate in process validation and continuous improvement activities
• Ensure proper communication during shift handovers

Requirements

• NTC, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent in Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of injection moulding experience preferred
• Familiarity with scientific moulding and process optimisation is advantageous
• Knowledge of hot runner systems and moulding process troubleshooting
• Experience in medical manufacturing environments is an advantage
• Able to work shifts

Working Hours

🌅 A Shift

• Mon – Fri: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Sat: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM

🌆 B Shift

• Mon – Fri: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Sat: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM

🌙 C Shift

• Mon – Fri: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
