Production Technician - Night Shift

Kaiser Aluminum Kalamazoo is looking for Production Technicians to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity with alternating 3- and 4-day work weeks. Shift hours are 6:00 to 6:00. You will earn an additional $2 per hour for work hours performed on the D night shift (6p-6a Thurs, Fri, Sat and every other Wed) and $1 per hour for C night shift (6p-6a Sun, Mon, Tues and every other Wed). Flexibility in shifts is required - the assigned training shift may or may not be your eventual assigned post-training shift. Shifts are selected by union seniority.

• The Production Technician is responsible for operating automated equipment associated with the processes of extrusion or casting aluminum. The Production Technician must embrace these responsibilities while following safe practices, standard operating procedures, and quality requirements for our customers. You will Interact daily with other team members, and representatives of other departments.
