Production Technician (Pharma / Biotech New Plant / Shift Arrangement) | West - MNC
Summary
Operate and monitor pharmaceutical/biotech production equipment, maintain batch records, and support plant startup in a GMP-compliant, fast-paced manufacturing environment with rotating shifts.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily production operations i.e. material preparation, charging, sampling, reaction monitoring, and workup activities.
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment in compliance with SOP, GMP, and safety requirements.
- Execute and maintain accurate Electronic Batch Records (EBR) and production documentation.
- Support troubleshooting, equipment cleaning, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Assist supervisors in achieving production targets and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Able to adept in new start up Pharmaceutical / Biotech plant.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Mechanical or relevant Engineering field.
- 1 year of experience or candidate with trainee experience but willing to be trained.
- Basic knowledge of GMP, EHS, and manufacturing operations in a plant environment.
- Able to follow procedures, perform documentation accurately, and work independently.
- Willing to rotating shifts and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
