Job Description
Olds Products Company is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Process Operator to support the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of vinegar products at our Pleasant Prairie, WI facility. In this hands-on manufacturing role, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, transferring and processing liquid materials, monitoring product quality, completing production documentation, and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced production environment, values teamwork and safety, and takes pride in delivering quality products while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow production schedules and prepare equipment and materials for vinegar production.
- Operate tanks, pumps, hoses, and other processing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
- Receive, transfer, and load/unload liquid raw materials and bulk shipments.
- Complete production records and required documentation.
- Inspect equipment and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Clean and sanitize tanks, equipment, and production tools as needed.
- Follow all food safety, quality, and company safety procedures.
