Production Worker

WeatherBarr Windows and Doors in Fort Smith, AR is looking to hire a full-time Production Worker. This position is Monday - Friday from 6:00am – 2:30pm. Overtime as needed.

Production workers are responsible for performing hands-on tasks to process parts, assemble products, and ensure quality standards are met. This role requires adherence to safety protocols, maintaining a clean work environment, and flexibility to support various production needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate in a hands-on production environment
• Process parts according to specifications.
• Assemble products accurately and efficiently.
• Work at assigned stations or other equivalent stations as production needs require.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

• 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment (preferred, not required)
• Ability to lift 80 pounds
• Ability to learn all jobs within the department
• Ability to read and understand product paperwork
• Ability to read a tape measure
