At WG&R’s Mattress Factory in Two Rivers, you’ll help build quality mattresses and foundations while staying active and working alongside a team that gets things done. We’re looking for people who take pride in their work, value teamwork, and want to be part of making a quality product.
What you'll do
- Build quality mattresses and foundations through hands-on production work.
- Use tools, equipment, and machinery as needed.
- Handle materials and complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards.

A few things to know: This is an active, hands-on production role. Your work may involve using machinery, handling materials, performing repetitive tasks, and maintaining production goals. You’ll spend much of your shift on your feet.
What you'll need
- 18+ years old
- Positive attitude & strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 100lbs & enjoy an active work environment
- Capable of operating pneumatic tools, machinery, and simple hand tools
